Occupational Medicine Clinic
It is the purpose of Cooper Clinic’s Occupational Medicine Department to
assist both employer and employee in job-related injury prevention and treatment.
Our goal is to help injured employees return to work in a timely manner
and provide services and education to help them remain injury-free.
Our staff includes nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and Board
Certified physicians who are specially trained and experienced in Occupational
Medicine. Occupational Therapist, Chris Honaker, is certified in Hand Therapy
and brings more than 15 years of experience to the Occ Med team.

- Drug test collection site – urine, hair, and quick tests

- Ensure proper procedures are followed regarding collection of sample, chain of custody, donor confidentiality, and reporting of results
