The twelfth largest employer in Fort Smith, Cooper Clinic personnel includes
more than 100 physicians and 600 clinical and non-clinical support staff. Founded
in 1920, Cooper Clinic, P.A. is today one of the largest multi-specialty medical
groups in our two-state area.

Where to Apply

Human Resources Department at the Main Clinic, 6801 Rogers Avenue, Fort
Smith, Monday-Friday 8-5. For your convenience, you may download an application

The Human Resources Department may be directly accessed by entering the
one story portion of the Main Clinic. The entryway faces Rogers Avenue
at the end of the one story building closest to Arby's Restaurant.
