Dr. Bob Nowlin practiced Internal Medicine with Cooper Clinic from 2003 to 2007 and rejoined our group in October 2008. Previously he served as Chief of Emergency Services at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center and was in private practice in his hometown of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
