Dr. Greer moved to Fort Smith in 1995 to establish the Department of Ophthalmology. His areas of interest are Refractive Surgery (LASIK), Cataract Surgery and management of diabetes and glaucoma. He has served as President of his state medical association and has received recognition for his international missionary eye surgery.
