ProMed specializes in urgent care. No appointment is necessary and all three locations are open 7 days a week. Treatment fees are generally lower, and the wait for treatment shorter, than visiting a hospital emergency room. ProMed's staff of physicians, registered nurses and medical technicians are supported by Cooper Clinic doctors in 25 specialties/subspecialties. This affords ProMed the opportunity to contact the necessary Cooper Clinic specialist should a patient need further examination or treatment.

ProMed Cooper Clinic has three locations in Fort Smith and Van Buren. No appointment is necessary and all three locations are open 7 days a week:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
