Dr. Ann K. Passmore
A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dr. Passmore earned her medical degree
from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her
residency in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery at The Lahey Clinic Medical
Center at Harvard University. She is Board Certified by the American Board
of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Passmore developed the Cooper Clinic Plastic & Reconstructive
Center in 1997.
One of the region’s premier cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons, Dr. Passmore
provides a wide range of specialized cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
including breast enhancement, liposuction, body contouring, breast reconstruction,
scar removal and treatment of conditions caused by birth defects, skin
cancer, burns, and injury.
Dr. Passmore and her staff provide advanced care in a compassionate environment with the highest degree of confidentiality.

surgery. This advanced technology is available to our cosmetic patients at no
additional charge.
Appointment
It is very important to arrive on time for your appointment. If you must miss an appointment, please call preferably at least 24-hours in advance to reschedule. This will enable us to offer that appointment time to someone else.
Our staff will make every effort to see that all our patients’ needs are met
and will try to keep our office running on schedule. Emergencies, however, do
occur. Should you unavoidably be asked to wait longer than is convenient, please
feel free to reschedule your appointment with the receptionist. We will make
every effort to notify you of the length of any delays.

Our nurses are exceptionally well-trained and experienced in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. They assist Dr. Passmore by promptly returning phone calls.
Medications
Please be sure to BRING ALL YOUR MEDICATIONS WITH YOU to each and every appointment. This will ensure that you receive the appropriate treatment and quality healthcare you deserve. Medication prescriptions may be picked up at our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m
Insurance
Some reconstructive surgery is covered by insurance. The amount of coverage varies among insurance providers. (Note that cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.)
Some insurance providers pay only a portion of our fee. Patients are responsible for the amount not paid by their insurer. We request co-pays, deductibles, and the amount not paid by insurance to be paid at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
We will help you contact your insurance company with a description of proposed
surgical procedures in advance of treatment. Therefore, it’s very important to
make sure you provide us with current insurance information.
